My father was diagnosed with hydrocephalus towards the beginning of the year. We found out because he ended up being a victim of scammers and my mom noticed big withdrawals from their joint bank account. I contacted Regions making them aware of the medical situation, that he was high risk for scamming, and unable to make cognitive decisions. The hydrocephalus got so bad he could barely walk.
