I have only been banking with Regions for less than a year, and I have had no issues up until today. I have never visited this branch before, however, I will not be returning due to a lack of customer service. I’m not sure of this teller’s name, I think it started with a P and she was Hispanic. Extremely rude and snappy toward me. My father was diagnosed with hydrocephalus towards the beginning of the year. We found out because he ended up being a victim of scammers and my mom noticed big withdrawals from their joint bank account. I contacted Regions making them aware of the medical situation, that he was high risk for scamming, and unable to make cognitive decisions. The hydrocephalus got so bad he could barely walk.
