Lizza was amazing when we opened our accounts. Respectful, helpful and all the staff are friendly. The bank manager even introduced himself to us. Lizza followed up afterwards to ensure our needs were met. I feel this branch cares about their customers. I moved from another state and feel very welcomed here. We made the right choice.
The staff at this branch is always a huge help. I drive up to this branch from Winter Park just because of the excellent customer service, and it doesn't matter who you speak to either because everyone there is always willing to listen and help with anything needed! Won't ever bank anywhere else.
