I had an excellent experience with Jeff at Regions Bank. I called the bank feeling frustrated because I was having issues with my online banking and could not figure out what was wrong. Stay clear of this company. Charged me $30 for a fee they are calling " attempted auto pay failed," that was supposedly 2 years ago!!!! He said their "new system " pulls everything up. Seriously Region's? Pretty sad practices. Word of mouth travels quickly when you rip off paying customers.
