La mujer kenos atendió muy mal y desagradable
Literally the slowest customer service ever! The drive thru is the worst they take forever to even acknowledge you are there.
I have been with REGIONS BANK, which is now called REGIONS BANK, but has been other names through many transitions with other banks through the years and I would highly recommend REGIONS BANK which is the name of the bank at this time!
I stood there for about 10 minutes and not a single banker( 3 females & 2 males) acknowledged my presence. I didn't want to go in there to begin with but I tried the ATM for 5 minutes it kept a saying invalid account. I will not return to this location.
