Why did all the lanes say open if no one was available to help? Never-mind the three employees I clearly saw through the window. I was not helped first or had anyone try to talk to me while waiting for someone to answer. But once another car pulled in then all of sudden they were able to respond to the second vehicle. It was very disrespectful. I needed to pull money from business account and not one time did anyone try to help me. Katie has gone above and beyond my wildest expectations of service and made a horribly stressful time of traveling endlessly for probate so much less so. Regions could hit me with a $150 ATM fee and I’d say thank you. Seriously, Katie has clearly earned her place with Regions and is a shining example I hope they’re immensely grateful to have.
