Bank is ok but can no longer replace a lost or stolen card here. You have to go to another bank which is an inconvenience. ALL Regions banks should have the ability to replace cards for their customers. I replaced my card but then received a call from who I later found out was a scammer telling me that my card had been used and gave me the last 4 digits. How? I had NOT used that card yet.
Great bank, but they really need to hire more staff. It is totally unacceptable to sit in the lobby for 15 to minutes and not even get greeted. Then to hold unnecessary conversations about personal matters while clients are waiting is not good customer service. Will not come to this location again
Regions is the bank for me,I'm getting older and I need a bank I can depend on with my money and Regions has shown me I can depend on them WOW give them a try you will be glad you did!!
Drive thru takes forever. Tell her had my deposit for over 25 minutes The last time on my deposit slip was 219 but didn’t give me my deposit till 230
I always have good experiences when dealing with them. The HELOC I just obtained through them was a hassle but these things always are. I appreciate the persistence and help of Dave Valdez at the Mars Hill rd location in Acworth to get the funds that I needed to me as quickly as possible.
