First the number listed here is wrong so look elsewhere if you need to call them. I walked right in on a Thursday morning in need of an instant debit card. The bank has comfy stools for customers! There was one customer being helped and I was immediately helped by Fabian Guedes. Fabian was the best! So friendly and kind! He made my upcoming international trip after I forgot my debit card so much easier! 💙

This bank has Horble reviews except the one in Hialeah my freind said she has this bank but after looking at all these banks reviews scary not opening an account
