This is one of the worst regions I’ve encountered. When I made the decision to open a regions I had an option between regions and Bank of America, I chose regions. I first started using my account when I was in fort myers. I loved my bank lady. Time passes unfortunately I got robbed at larceny I was so distraught I didn’t do anything until I decided 3 days later to go to this bank and let my bank know with a police report . Worst bank. I am a customer for 3 years and this is the worst custumer service that i ever got. Very rude and the employees just talking and not wearing mask.
