This regions branch on jfk is consistently the worst regions in the entire state. It should be closed down.
I've been with this Bank for years they have no loyalty let your bank account go negative for even a barely two weeks and they close your account and take your money. I would never bank with them again
poor customer service.
No help at any locations . Only two ladies working jfk location but can't help with my business account so was given Esther Jackson number and she was no help very deeming and made my decision clear to move on to a new back and 5ak3 all three of my accou in elsewhere. Brad who is no longer with the bank was who I opened my account with at jfk location and always resolved my issues and spoke with amazingcustomerserviceand support. Always helpful staff. It is a large (chain) bank but the staff makes it feel like it's a local bank.
