Best bank I have been to in a while I had a wonderful teller named alesa who really cared about getting everything I needed in a timely manner. She was personable and very kind!
The people there are all terrific, they go out of their way to help if you have any problems. They are always pleasant, courteous, and always have a smile to welcome you. The managers, bank officers, and the Tellers are the best. I give them the 5 Star + Linda G. Allen

Tried to get a CD rate by calling. I got a recording referring me to get the rate online. I got online and finally gave up without getting a CD rate. You can't even call the local branch without going through the third degree. Now I remember why I quit this bank. Lesson learned, stay with a small local bank.
Extremely slow service in the motor bank. Worst operations I have ever experienced in a banking location. Constantly changing employees, so they don't recognize any of their customers.
Great service, opened a checking and savings account and the tellers and staff are very friendly and helpful.
