Regions bank takes your money I had gotten 6 overdrafts that was a mistake from wish they hit me for $25 a piece and said they would refund it never called back or refunded it most banks don't hit you for overdrafts under $10 they will hit you with $25 for a penny overdraft
All I can is, 1 teller on Monday afternoon. Well, there were 2, but the 2nd didn't handle anyone, then left. The 1 working was handling a business customer, and the line steadily grew. I am actually writing this review while standing in the line. I am next, but there is another business customer ahead of me. Almost 20 minutes so far waiting in line just because I left my debit card at home in TN.
15 minute wait time.....tried to access account on internet, does not recognize my password. This is only 2nd attempt in 2 months and both were disastrous in order to access.
I have been with this bank for over twenty years. Before it became Regions I received personalized profession & prompt service. Since become Regions, communication is extremely unpersonalized and EVERY TIME I call I have a 15 min or longer wait. I recently spoke with a Regions banker to advise that I would be closing the account of over 20 years once all transactions posted...They didn't even ask why or if I was unhappy with the service. Just an example of the Ruling Elite big Bankers. They don't really Care about Us.
When I was with Bank of America, I never had a problem, they even let me over-draft my account up to $500 dollars as if I had a line of credit, and gave me up to 30 days to pay it back.. Regions customer service keeps telling me one thing then the truth comes out and ends up costing me over $100 in fees. I called to find out the Regions' Bank Routing Number for wire transfer and was on hold for 13 minutes...for the routing number....way too long for a simple question, and I was talking with a personal banker.
Terrible wait time slow window drive thru service. Cust Serv deliberately slow having vehicles sit in line & wait for several several minutes. No effort to provide quick responsive service as drive thru is designed for. Poor drive thru unless you got a lot of gas to wait & time to waste.

banking here for 20 years and this bank sucks, will not cash any check for me except my own,,,,,tells me to go to a different bank to cash that banks check, do not bank here i am changing banks
