Have always gotten great service at the Coral Gables Region branch from Jorge, Christian, and everyone else I have interacted with. Usually not too busy. Parking is included, but must park in the tower's garage which has a cramped spiral ramp from the ground level entrance up to the second floor and must remember to bring the parking ticket to the Regions employee for validation. Parking entrance is located in the alley between the tower and the new Mercedes dealership (old police station).
