the lady at the er counter was extremely disrespectful when i was OVERDOSING. i was sweating, fading in and out of consciousness, and puking, and she kept getting annoyed and screaming at me to hurry up. Its visible that im a minor too. she wasnt taking me seriously causing me to have seizures before getting help. she was also yelling at the staff.
My wife got taken to the emergency department at regional West of Scottsbluff with cardiac issues and was taken back to one of the patient rooms and the nursing staff did what they were supposed to do right away but from that point on the whole experience deteriorated, we waited for hours to see a doctor for cardiac difficulties and when I went and asked at the nurses station... Starting with a midnight trip to the emergency room and ending with a couple day stay in critical care, my experience with RWMC was absolutely amazing. Over the course of 2 days it seemed like a steady stream of doctors, nurses and other hospital staff and every single person showed genuine care and compassion, with the highest level of professionalism.
