Good luck trying to get an appointment. I have called them over a dozen times. I explain the situation to the person that answers the phone, and then it happens again. If you call, and go through the answering system, it takes 4-5 options to get to Regional Urology. Then the operator answers, gets my name and birthdate; then with other another word said, she sends me to a satisfaction survey. Once you complete it, it hangs up on you.
