Great Prices, service, and customer care!
Make appointments... dont just show up. Most importantly, get effective treatment. They have been here several times and it does not work for german roaches. Fed Up. I have annual contract and they just informed me they will only come monthly after this treatment evn though I still have german roaches. Getting new company and will file complaint with BBB. Wasted time and money
They come out to the house quarterly to spray. I've been told repeatedly that if I see any bug not laying on its back feet up, I should call. I did once and they were very quick to come back out. We have been bug free for the almost three years we've been using their service. Both the lady who answers the phone and the guys who come out have been very polite.
