I went for my scheduled colonoscopy and was very impressed with the staff, who were very friendly and caring. Each person I dealt with was very upbeat and knew what they were doing. My anxiety about the upcoming procedure quickly left and I felt much more relaxed. I was given Propofol and when I awoke, the colonoscopy was complete. It was the best experience and I would recommend Regional Surgicenter as the place to go for your next colonoscopy. K. Wilson
I ended up having to cancel my procedure due to their inflexibilty. They wanted me to pay my deductible, a percentage of my procedure and part of the doctors fee before they would do my procedure. I told them 3 times that I did not have 700.00 and they refused to work with me until I cancelled, then they wanted to talk with me. Well, too late they are not the only game in town and there are others that put the patients wellbeing over their greed.
