RecommendedLast Thursday, we had extra cameras put in at one of our stores. Friday night we were burglarized. We saw the person walk up, hit the glass door with a cinder block 22 times before breaking it, crawl through the broken glass, steal over $500 in cigarettes, crawl back out the broken glass, and disappear into the night. The police were amazed at our cameras. The cameras were so good the police were able to video our camera monitors with their phone for their evidence to get a felony burglary warrant. I've had nothing but a great experience using this company. I had an issue with the monitoring company that caused us to lose our service for a day that had nothing to do with RSA or anything they did wrong but they finished up their job that was two hours away from me, called the monitoring company to straighten it out and then drove straight to my house to test the system to make sure everything was working properly.
