They were pleasant, polite, answered questions Didn’t wait long to be brought into the examination room, nor for the Dr to come in.
My experiences have been great. I have been receiving checkups and infusions for over 15 years. I have never been disappointed and like the intimacy of the office and infusions center. Special thanks to the staff, especially the nurses.
ENT DEPARTMENT, NOT RHEUMATOLOGY Understaffed for too long. They could make no accommodation for my being 33 minutes late after waiting 2 months for an ENT appointment. “You’ll have to reschedule” was their only option. It was Jan 22. They offered me April 25. Thanks but no thanks! I believe the staff is working as hard as they can with no understanding, help or accountability from the administrators who oversee hiring replacements for staff they have lost more than six months ago.
