Not honest at all. I had a plumbing issue caused by a problem outside of my property boundaries and clearly within the jurisdiction of RWRA. My plumber showed the RWRA inspector the evidence and made the case very clear. After they dismissed him outright, I asked RWRA for a refund of the plumbing charges I incurred from RWRA's problem, and they of course refused to do so, stating that they found no indication of any problem at all. Called one week ago when there were numerous flags in front of my home, and was informed that the RWRA had nothing to tear up in front on my property, and other homeowners. However, on President's Day, 3 large trucks showed up. So much for the truth from RWRA.
Terrible water park. The slides were slimy. The water tasted nasty. The lifeguards were rude and seemed like they didn't want anyone swimming that day. Still 4 stars because no ticket price. Get what you pay for I guess.
