Good overall experience. Everyone was kind and professional. They brought me back very quickly. Only downside is that the registered nurse named Maureen is absolutely horrible and not skilled at inserting IV catheters. She had attempted my IV numerous times and tried 3 different spots. After the first failed site I hinted to her to try my hand next but she tried another failed spot before gaining IV access in my hand right away on the first attempt with no issues. Why when you call to schedule a CT they tell you to arrive 1 and 1/2 hour early and to not eat or drink for 3 hours before arrival time. Then they call to get updated medical info and they say 4 hours, then they leave a reminder message saying to arrive 2 hours early.

Excellent, patient and professional technicians! Too bad I am so claustrophobic and I never made it into the machine. Had to reschedule with stronger meds.
I have to praise Regional Radiology South at the Eltinville location. My CT scan was done by Christine, very nice, personable and professional. I had a 430 appt, was taken at 415, very quick no wait time. I didn't like Regional yrs ago but from what I can see they've changed for better.
Long wait time, but very nice staff
