I would give 0 star if I could. The staffs has no responsibility at all. I was scheduled on last time when the snow storm but I get here the office was closed, I drove one and half hours to get to Odessa. And the second time I got schedule it get cancel agian because I can't answer my phone but I did confirm with my email but I still get remove from the system. While wait times are a little long, they are kind and very experienced. They are straight to the point and have handled both of my pregnancies with the highest care. I have nothing bad to say about the doctors, nurses, or staff.

Don't plan to bring your S/O back with you, or even letting your other children(if you have any) go back because they aren't even allowed in the lobby. They can't be bothered to tell you this until your already there and excited to see your unborn child. If I could give a 0 star review I would, never going back there.
