Dr Dix is the sweetest! I was treated like I mattered! I also have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ethridge during my previous pregnancy who was equally and respectful and kind! The doctors make this clinic glow! They truly care!
If you have the opportunity to go anywhere else, I’d recommend it. The communication when my appointment was scheduled, coming up, etc., was non-existent. If I didn’t have access to my portal, I wouldn’t have known I was scheduled and/or when my appointment was. That being said, the front desk staff was kind in person. The OB techs were nice and professional as well. My biggest qualm was the “service” I was provided by the doctor/OB providing my consult. Every single appointment, the receptionist acts like a bouncer and has to check if we can be seen. My appointment was 10:45 and I was at the window checking in at 10:35 so I wasn’t even late. The medical staff are great and nice. It’s just ms bouncer at the front desk that ruins it with her attitude towards me.
