Left a bad taste in our mouths – Excellent doctors, but we moved and had to request our son's medical records. Regional Pediatrics subcontract with a record company that charges on a per page basis to copy medical records. It cost us about $20 for about 30 copies of paper. It's a shame that our long term positive relationship was soured by this nickle and dime exit tactic. This is the first time medical record copies weren't a simple courtesy for us and thanks to us for doing business with somebody for several years. Blah.
