Dr gliemer, Tam, and Vince were all professional and efficient
Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and understanding. The doctor, Rebecca Romano was the best. She was already familiar with my situation before I even met her. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and thorough. The young lady who showed me to the room and took down information was also very pleasant And extremely sociable.
Poor customer service
I would highly recommend Regional Orthopedics to anyone needing an orthopedic specialist. I have had neck surgery performed by Dr. Jeffrey Gleimer and multiple hand surgeries done by Dr. Danowski. Not only are the doctors amazing, the physical therapy team, especially Hazel are all great and Rebecca the PA is top notch! Shout out to Vince at the front desk for his awesome customer service skills and follow up! All around this practice deserves ten stars!⭐️
