If the state is paying for your insurance or you have insurance through your job; do not come here. Went to see the OBGYN and it took a month to get test results!! Lied and told me that certain test they can get back the same day. Charge your insurance lots of money for labs. If you are getting your annual well care and pap or even STD testing,do not come here. Planned parenthood gets results in one week.
This is like the worst place ever..I saw this lady today getting water for her grandmother the got harassed to the highest by them fake security. That's lady been in the building since 10am they making her take things back to her car and she's got a emergency on one of them floors with her grandmother
Horrible customer service takes days to schedule Ultrasound... continuous run around with different departments and extensions
No one is picking up the phone !!!
