This is for Radiology Dr. Jones and his co workers. I had to have a knee aspiration and everyone from beginning to end were wonderful. Dr. Jones was fabulous he looked at my knee and saw the open wounds. He had looked at my passed history with this knee and all I had been through since this infection hit my knee. He told me that my knee replacement joint needed to come out my leg packed with antibiotic beads and I need IV antibiotics for up to 6 weeks. I was there on Wednesday afternoon sitting in the waiting room some people's were loud and some want and I was glad they hurry up and called my name can't stand to be in a loud waiting room i was already tired and sleepy because I had just got off work at 7.am
Very sad place they really do not care about their patients at all the drs in the dermatology is rude they have no sympathy I hate I ever came here looking for a new dermatologist can’t here to keep FRM going to the er because they supposed to be my dr but they refused to see me it was an emergency situation I had already been to the er but having to go back due to my dr refusing to see me the lady dr jones very rude nasty don’t care for her patients at all
I have been a patient at U. T. Regional One for cardiac issues. My primary care doctor is wonderful ,her name is Dr. Pooja Sethi and she trains the residents. I highly recommend her. I could choose anywhere I want to go with Medicare but what I love about Regional One is everything is in one building.. from the mammogram department to radiology ,cardiology ,to gastric, ortho, neurology, even oncology. My review seems to get deleted by this facility but any~who, TERRIBLE FACILITY!!!! After reading the many reviews, they are most certainly true and I’d advise you all to reach out to patient relations (which is a waste but follow chain of commandments first). If all else fails, contact the State Board of TN for major incidents. I am totally disgusted with this facility, unprofessional, lack of integrity, empathy, sympathy, and much more.
