I had upper jaw surgery here. This hospital was ill prepared to handle my care post op. The nurses couldn't even properly ice my face. They didn't care that I was having problems urinating. They didn't care to clean the caked blood off my face. They kept my wife with panic disorder away from me freaking out for 10 hours while I was in recovery. Wait time is ridiculous. No communication. You will sit for hours. I been here since 8 and it’s been 5 hours. If you are not that sick when you get there you will surely be sicker when you leave. Need have more comfortable sitting.
Apparently firing people who have worked for them for decades in the middle of a Pandemic is their idea of looking after the health of people. So, yeah, cold, unfeeling monsters who just want money and don't care about the health or safety of the populace.
Not being able to see your family after a wreck is hard enough. But they were terrible at making sure the family was informed and updated. That has GOT to get better. On top of that they dragged tail with discharge. It was miserable for everyone.

I had minor surgery at the outpatient surgery center and it was a good experience.everyone was super nice. The nurses were all great as well as doctor Ben Abdu.
When I say this has been the worst pregnancy experience EVER!!!!! I made an complaint about my baby might've been dropped or something dropped on her(Had knot on her forehead) .. They got upset cause of that allegation I made towards them and banned me from seeing my child.. This is my first child... I was recording the whole situation and proved that the nurse was the aggressor... Everytime I don't come to the hospital my daughter ends up with another knot..
