I don't understand why I can not get my oxygen tanks when told. Sandy apparently does not know what it takes to make delivery's. As she seems to continue to over schedule delivery's. She says today and you have to call the next day to remind her. This has happened more times than I can remember. The guys that do the delivery's are always professional polite and applajetic.
Sandy and Marie are top notch employees and made our palliative care much much more efficient and convenient. And when we moved to hospice they knew they ropes perfectly! Absolutely would use these guys again!
