Very uninformed and incompetent staff. Would not recommend anyone go here. I don’t know how or why someone hasn’t sued this place shut!!!! Nikki Huggins staff is extremely rude & unprofessional. They refused to have an order faxed to an oxygen company so my father could get oxygen which is needed for his survival. I am reporting everything to the Alabama Board of Nursing as well as Alabama Board of Medical Examiners. Just wanted to let others know she is HORRIBLE!!!!
I would discourage anyone from using Nikki Huggins especially if you are high risk or have multiple health issues going on. My dad was seeing her for a while and she just threw pills at him everytime he went in. She had him on 4 different blood pressure medicines when he only needed one and the dosage increased. After speaking with an actual doctor out of Montgomery and going over what she did for my dad it was realized how unqualified she is. She’s also never available when needed.
