Not very well organized in radiology area multiple patients in the waiting room for ct scans. There does not appear to be anyone person in charge. There does not seem to be a process for ensuring the paperwork and necessary lab work has been received prior to ct scan. Have been waiting with the patient for over 2 hours. 40 minutes ago they said someone would be with us in 15 minutes. Now 45 minutes later they updated us and they are doing everything they can to get the information. They just took a patient that had bern wait... read more

This hospital is very disappointing our father as been in there a week not a family member as seen any doctor that as entered his room no contact with my dads advocate not contact to his wife there is no treatment plan yesterday he had a surgical procedure again no family members contact no wife and today we do it even know what they did and why and if it was successful No communication from Doctors zero zero to the family run with your loved one from here just run

very disappointed in this hospital. my husband had surgery to remove a dog tooth from his arm and we asked like 10 different people to save the tooth and then they lost it. very inconsiderate. not to mention last time they discharged him with an iv left in his arm that I had to take out at home. wtf

It may be a great hospital but trying to contact a patient is all but impossible by phone. If you call the phone may ring 30 plus times before an operator picks up. 🙁 Then your connected to the wrong room/bed. Been trying to reach my friend today only getting a stranger eight different times.

God Is Indeed AMAZING!!! Our Precious TIA is Coming Home! Watching her struggle was so heartbreaking :(. So to know how hard she has fought and able to come home in Record time is Truly A Blessing! My husband has been here twice in recent months. Registration staff Sharon was great, kind, courteous and very informative. Nursing staff was wonderful as well.

One of the worst experiences of my life. My brother age 58 had a heart attack and was taken to this hospital. He later died. My complaint is the incredible rudeness of the staff and the Dr and especially Ralphie in risk management who would not release my brothers body to the funeral home. An absolutely horrible experience. Absolutely no compassion and extreme rudeness.

The ER nurses are garbage and dont listen to a word you say, too busy flirting with the EMTs, 3 different nurses tried giving me an IV , I have 7 holes/wounds on my arms now bc they refused to listen to me when I said my veins are small and I have hypotension;I ended up going to a different hospital bc they almost killed me with medication I already said I was deathly allergic to. I should sue this facility for malpractice. 0/10
