BEWARE; lied and said they needed down payment right away because our home would be set on the lot in 4 days. We lived in a hotel for 6 months. They kept saying permits were the issue. Well if you're an employee you should know that permits would have caused this and not to tell someone to move off there lot in a hurry. Also we called in all the permits that they should have we did all the work. They never called them in! Never had a walkthrough so many things where broken and home was filthy.
