Kim was very thorough and knowledgeable. I enjoyed her visit and her assistance in setting up my cpap.
I, mistakenly, arrived the day before my scheduled appointment. Kacie happened to stop by the office that day but was so kind as to stay and get me set up for my new CPAP machine. I was scheduled for dialysis the next day so I would have to reschedule for the following week. She was incredibly informative and helpful. I can’t say how much I appreciate her.
Kim was wonderful in helping me to understand how to use my new C-PAP. Very friendly , professional and patient as I navigated this awkward new experience. I would want to see her again if I needed help with my device

She was very informative and thorough with explaining the use of the equipment, use and ordering of supplies, cleaning of the equipment and resources if there was any questions or concerns that I may have. Thank you.
Lisa W was very kind, informative and thorough. It made my whole process of switching from a c-pap to a by-pap less stressful. I would recommend her to anyone who asked. She most definitely made sure I was comfortable by showing me thoroughly how to use the machine, changing my mask for comfort and keeping me informed of the differences between the machines.
