Never had a company with such horrible customer service. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. I placed an order on 4/19, after 4 phone calls, I just received an email stating that my items are being shipped via USPS from Bedford NH. So much for their sense of urgency. Worst company ever! I know, I’m a nurse who has worked for their competitors before. Never, ever, would these other companies let things just slide. I’ll wait for my delivery, then I’m switching providers.

Extremely unprofessional and uniformed company. No one seems to know what is going on. If you need CPAP make sure you go with an alternative. I have been trying to reorder supplies for 6 months and every single time I call they tell me something else and I get transferred to 20 other people who also don’t know what’s going on. I wish I never agreed to used them, what a joke.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Regional Home Care in Framingham courtesy of Ellen. Her warm and genuine personality made the whole process very pleasant, and I was able to feel much more comfortable opening up and sharing my health history. Learning how to use the device was actually kind of fun thanks to Ellen's upbeat, descriptive and entertaining directions.
