This is my 3 rd cpap machine through regional! They are so nice at set up and great about following up on supplies ! I highly recommend!
I had a very nice visit with Jessica in the Framingham office. She explained everything about my new machine did a mask fitting and answered all my questions and made the experience as pleasant as possible.

Never had a company with such horrible customer service. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. I placed an order on 4/19, after 4 phone calls, I just received an email stating that my items are being shipped via USPS from Bedford NH. So much for their sense of urgency. Worst company ever! I know, I’m a nurse who has worked for their competitors before. Never, ever, would these other companies let things just slide. I’ll wait for my delivery, then I’m switching providers.
