I removed and updated my previous review because I'm hoping this one gets seen. I had fallen behind on my CPAP treatment and was getting horrible sleep, so I decided it was time to get back on track. I scheduled a new mask fitting, and once again Regional Home Care knocked it out of the park. Christa was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient with me, listened to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. Horrible experience here. Will be looking elsewhere for my cpap supplies.
I was assisted by Tony Figueroa to obtain new CPAP equipment and supplies. I had no wait time after arriving for my scheduled appointment. Mr. Figueroa was knowledgeable, professional and assisted with each of my questions. I very highly recommend Mr. Figueroa and the Danvers location of Regional Home Care.
I had a wonderful experience with Christa in the Danvers, MA office. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and understood exactly what I needed. I have used other companies for CPAP supplies, and this is by far the best.
