I was not impressed with regional health care. Dawn scanned my face and said this the mask recommended for me. Meanwhile i didn’t get to see another size or given a choice. I don’t believe in face scanning they don’t give an accurate diagnosis. It was like small is recommended and that’s it. Dawn went to fast explaining the cpap machine features to fast for me, and had this attitude like she just wanted to leave and get me in and out as fast as possible. My appointment with Dawn went extremely well today . The office location was easy to find by using public transportation . All of my questions were answered by a very likable and efficient young woman . So pleased with the courteous way she gave me care and cleaning instructions on my new components . Kudos , nice visit today .
