I had an extremely bad experience with Regional Home Care. They repeatedly sent me the wrong CPAP supplies, which is unacceptable for medical equipment that people rely on to breathe safely at night. Communication was dishonest and frustrating. A representative named Katrina lied repeatedly about orders and corrections. When I finally questioned the inconsistencies and asked for accountability, they abruptly discontinued my service instead of resolving the issue. I was shown 4 pictures of different masks and asked to arbitrarily pick one. No description given for any of them just "which one of these looks good?". No chance to try more than one to see which one might fit better. Now I'm stuck with something that slips off my face every night. For anyone about to start with a CPAP, consider bypassing insurance and these companies altogether. I was not impressed with regional health care. Dawn scanned my face and said this the mask recommended for me. Meanwhile i didn’t get to see another size or given a choice. I don’t believe in face scanning they don’t give an accurate diagnosis. It was like small is recommended and that’s it. Dawn went to fast explaining the cpap machine features to fast for me, and had this attitude like she just wanted to leave and get me in and out as fast as possible.
