Regional HC did the great job with setting up cpap machine. I recommend Dawn from Regional HC, she is a star
Dawn was awesome she spent the whole hour explaining my c pap machine to me . I left there without any sought about how to use my machine. Very personable.
There was a considerable delay from my hospital sleep study until I finally heard from RHC. They needed more information than they had received from my internist but did not call him or I. Then there was an insurance authorization delay. Finally I had an office appointment with Dawn in Boston who was excellent once I found the office. There was no street sign for Union Street and the number 55 was not evident. I am a pulmonary specialist and knew that Dawn really knew her business. When I went in to pick up my CPAP machine, I’d never even seen one before. Dawn gave me a thorough but completely understandable explanation of the machine, how to use it, and how to take care of it. I was able to start using it right away and haven’t had any issues thanks to her thorough briefing. Great service!
Dawn was tremendously informative and helpful.
