*EDIT* Ok, I may have been mistaken on the ownership piece but I stand by everything else. To RHC - I repeatedly sought help from your team when I was having issues and got ignored. I've sent the equipment back to you already, and will not work with your company again in the future. Spare me the platitudes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Esperanza explained everything to us in an incredible way; she was so empathetic and warm as she walked us through all the procedures.
Downgrading to one star. Not only did they get the mask fit wrong multiple times by not asking the right questions and relying on their useless “AI” tools, they nag incessantly about getting supplies through email, text, and phone, even though I’ve asked them to not call. Never met a bigger bunch of spammers in my life.
I picked up my new CPAP and was assisted by Kent. He was very diligent in explaining how to use the device and regularly stopped to ask if I had any questions. I left feeling confident and ready to start my treatment.
