Lynn was exceptional in going thru the whole process with me and explaining step by step for me to get the best possible results. She greeted me at the front door and made me feel very welcomed. Very warm, courteous and thorough, taking the time to answer all my questions. Did not feel rushed. It’s an adjustment using a CPAP machine for the first tine but I was pleasantly surprised with the results on the first night. Cheryl came to my house today to bring my CPAP and show me how to use it. She was great! She was very warm and down to earth. I thank her for the patience she had with me.
