Respiratory Therapist Cheryl came to my home and did a wonderful job explaining the new CPAP machine. She took her time, talked loud enough and slow enough for a 70+ y/o guy with hearing aids to understand everything without repeating stuff. She was very thorough, comprehensive, warm and friendly. Highly recommended.
