Krista went over and above to deliver equipment during the first snowstorm of winter 2024!! She was sweet and engaging, putting me and my husband at ease as we learned how to use a bipap and cough assist machine. ALS is a scary disease but she brought some warmth and humor to our home Thankyou Krista!
Regional Home Care was great I needed to go through the process of getting a replacement C-pap machine ASAP. Within a few days I was able to go through the process. Christn a Regional Home Care respiratory therapist came to my home and set up my new C-pap machine. Christn was very thorough and explained the features of my new C-pap machine. I'm looking forward to a good night sleep.
