Why do you offer appointments but don’t honor them?? Like literally have patients scheudle an “appointment” then when you get here there’s 4 people ahead of you and at least an hour wait? When I asked she said “it’s not really an appointment” then why do we offer to schedule an APPOINTMENT. Also why is it’s $60 co pay to see a cnp. You can see a real doctor for half that price at florman. Do better.
Quality care, they've upped their service substantially!
All of the staff here were kind, patient, caring, and knowledgeable. They helped make a stressful experience as pleasant as it possibly could have been. I highly recommend this clinic.
