Good Morning Dr. Mason I don't understand why is it that when I bring my paperwork to you now granted it was a very thick medical record file but it's been months since I seen u. The confusion happened when more then 3 months ago I came in with my Medical record and it told u all of my illnesses and it also included my lung doctor and it stated I had COPD. Dr.Gandhi and Mr Vanramshorts are my own guardian angels 😇 doctors get a bad rap because we are hardly if ever honest with them and I really can't do justice to the help this doctor has given me but I would hate to think where i would be without her expertise and compassion ❤️ truly beautiful human being !
This Dr Mason took over three hours for an appointment. Arrogant my time ain’t free I’m paying your not paying me….i expect the quality of his arrogance to match my health care needs…..please make sure you are on time for your appointments. I do not care for my exam to be with anyone else other than the dr I am scheduled. The people at the front desk, especially when you try to call and make an appointment, they are rude. And they are ignorant. They do not know how to be nice. They all have attitudes and they hang up the phone. Why would you want to go to a place where you have to pay money to have the rude service?
