So, I used to go to this place before my insurance ended when I turned 18. I loved it. But unfortunatly am prompted to give 1 star. I recently called to request my immunization records. (Applying to college and this doc is needed) All was fine I got my record emailed to me and I went about my day. Only to find out about a week ago they were trying to bill me. Weird. I made an appointment for my son on mychart, dr. Knudson was the only option for the following day. I went to the wrong clinic by accident. Went to the correct one, and was refused to be seen by Dr. Knudson, she had left a message on my sons account where the receptionist had to call her and then was told she was refusing to see him. The receptionist then said she was making an appointment for urgent care.... spearfish urgent care is a literal joke. Luckily I finally got ahold of his regular Dr. And can be seen today.
