I needed 5 vaccines, the process was smooth, didn't need an appointment, people are nice, I finished everything in less than an hour and the price was very affordable
The Vital Records office was closed for lunch after I drove from across town to this location. The issue is there was no sign posted on the return time, which is always helpful. Don’t just post a “Close for Lunch” sign without a timeframe. It’s helpful so that your patrons can plan their time accordingly. I would have wanted to know if I had to wait 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, whatever after I got there.
Got here at 8 still here at 12:50 and only got weight done.the worst place ever!!!!throw the entire clinic away.
Its honestly ridiculous the way you can show up at opening and still wait for hours and there was only one person in front of me. Its like the workers have no regard to punctuality. I called multiple times going through different options before I even came to the clinic and this location NEVER picked up. As I was there I didnt see anyone picking the phone up. When I got to the doctor 3 hours later they’re were multiple doctors on their phones in leisure. They were nice but they have NO regard for their patients time. Terribl... read more
