Called to discuss the lawn maintenance and the receptionist directed me to a voicemail. He said it was of someone specific (Melanie?) but the machine just said extension 145. When I called back they had blocked my number.
I own a property that was managed by the Regional Group, and after giving notice that I was leaving the rental pool I asked them to repair a few outstanding items. They did the repairs, which I felt was very professional on their part. (four out of five instead of five out of five because the monthly management fee was high)
Tried to offer an incentive for a draw for $5000 for the first ten tenants who have the lowest rent in the buildings to move out so they can renovate said apartments and jack the prices of the rent so nobody can afford to live there anymore. Horrible, greedy company that is part of the housing crisis.
Amazing houses!! So clean and quiet. Was a very fast and efficient process!! Very happy to be in this rental!! Post dated cheques make it super easy to pay rent with no online bank option.
