regional finance – They are very friendly and professonal, Ricky lee is a company man who is looking out for his company, but he gives people a chance, I have used them on and off for 10 years, never had any problems. RUN, RUN, RUN! – I must agree with the other reviews on here. The manager is the WORST person that I have ever had to deal with any where I have ever been. I guess thats what happens when you let your job take over your life. From what I have heard, may not be true but makes sense, is that Ricky Lee used to be a regional manager for Regional and is now somehow back to being a branch manager??? HMMMMM. Rude, shady, and dishonest – I came here immediately after leaving Regional Finance to pay a loan payment I was late on. They had told me on the phone (the ladies there are quite nice) that the end of the month would be fine. However, Mr. Ricky Lee (an absolutely rude man) insisted on constantly leaving cards on my door and finally, an extremely rude letter. Condescending, impersonable, and leg-breakers. – Ricky Lee, the manager, will call your home day after day, hour after hour, from the EXACT MINUTE your payment comes due. if your payment is due on the 12th, he'll call your home on that day, and if there is no answer, he will begin to call EVERY SINGLE PERSON you have used as a reference. awful customer service,the two young females is okay.the older man are awful. – I think personally the service reps, are okay.but the gentlemen that is actually the manager is really rude ,my husband experience it first hand.And please they are considerate but you only get one excuse even if your financed for 42 mos.they do not understand hard times,marital problems or just extra bill for the month poppped up.he also used profanity in his business area. i would not recommend this company. he trys to embarrass his clients in ... read more
