Catherine (or Katherine) calls my mother saying she didn't pay last month with a very rude attitude not even clarifying where she's calling from until she's asked. We explain she's setup on auto pay and the girl just rudely says no, you're not and have never been on auto pay. Come to find out it was a family members account. My experience has always been great. I have been building my credit with doing this loan. The people are perfect and will help you if possible. I think this is my third loan and as long as you pay on time they will let you know you can get another loan. I think they also help if you cant pay but you have to let them know what's going on. They are so much help.
