I paid our first payment short by $ 10.00, wrote down the wrong information. They are calling us non stop over the total of $ 10.00. I mailed them the $ 10.00 unaware of a $ 30.00 late fee. So for the second payment they applied the $ 10.00 to the prior payment and then charged us a $ 15.00 late fee. So for our two payments that were paid on TIME we have been charged $ 30.00 in late fees. s soon as we can this will be paid in full and we will never do business with them again.
