Did not allow changing of doctors and when you leave to try a different place just to see if you connected with another doctor more they won’t allow back. Such a crazy policy. You should be allowed to find a doctor who fits you best.
Unwilling to help those most in need. Uncompassionate. Uneducated. Unforgiving. Bruton is retiring, thankfully. Idk about the rest of the providers, since they wouldn't allow me to switch, which I find odd and completely against patient autonomy. I would definitely avoid. There are much better options, I've come to find.
My doctor here and the staff are very responsive to any questions and are all very nice. They've been easy to work with, it's quick and easy to make appointments, nurse calls back in timely manner, and they have a hotline number for the hours they aren't open. Overall, great facility!
