Worst company I have ever dealt with. Never fixed maintenance requests (including many unsafe and illegal problems with my apartment), refused to give my security deposit back after I ended my lease and found a new renter, and still refuses to surrender the money they owe me from over a year ago, well past the 30-days after the original lease should have ended. Don't do business with Nick Harris or Bob Marvin. My roommate and I rented an apartment from them. They are not responsive to issues. The building was a mess and they did not refund our security deposit despite repeated phone calls, emails and registered posts. They do not deserve to keep their licenses. Apparently, we're not the first ones this has happened to. It seems to be a habit of theirs to steal security deposits from tenants who move out of town. The sad part? Bob Marvin is a notary public. Would you believe that?
