They use APS for their billing and APS tried to bill me directly without ever submitting it to my insurance. I called them to tell them this and they insisted that my insurance had "rejected" the claim. NOT TRUE. APS never submitted the claim. It took a call to my insurance to verify this and three more phone calls to APS to straighten this out. I feel like they were trying to scam me into paying when I have insurance for this.
Worst service ever
Was treated in the ER after a serious motor vehicle accident. Hospital was given my insurance information, everything, PIP adjuster, phone number, e-mail, claim number, fax number, everything they needed. Now I get a bill sent to the wrong address that just turned up saying i have no insurance on file. Terribly run business.
