If you have a question, dont even bother! Dr. Castillos medical assistant is NOT going to call you back, not today,, not tomorrow, NOT EVER! If you need a prescription refill call a week in advance as it takes 4 to 5 days to get a refill...and if you need pet scan results, which normally take 24 to 48 hours...im STILL WAITING GOING ON 3 WEEKS NOW. I think its time for me to move on from this very bad oncology office...it cancer for christs sake, act accordingly or go work at walmart!***** its now currently 5 weeks waiting fo... read more
