RecommendedStaff was very friendly!! I was made comfortable.
The scheduler screwed up big time. Sent me a confirmation email but never put me on the schedule. I pack a bag, drive half an hour, wait 20 minutes to be told they gave my appointment/room away. I'm super angry.
12 days to wait for results is nothing! I waited 6+ weeks and had to repeatedly call them. Dr never called, got results from staff who told me I needed a CPAP. I had already been using one for 5 years!Recently called because AHI suddenly increased and remained high. After 2 weeks received call from staff who left a message that the Dr had reviewed my download and had “no comment.” The Dr has never returned a call or responded when I called and asked if I needed to make an appointment to discuss issues. It takes forever for the doctors to score and read your results. I had my sleep study done 12 days ago and still no results. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
Very professional. Clean accommodations. Comfort and safety was assured. Timely appointments and follow ups!
