They are excellent! I’m very satisfied with the services our family receives. It has really helped us.
My child has learned so much here. He’s doing things so quickly and things I’d never thought he’d be able to do. The staff that work with him are absolutely amazing. I’m truly blessed for this place!
RBC has gone downhill significantly due to manager/owner interference. Literally injecting themselves into your child's treatment plan. The other actual medical staff, TSS, BSC and such, were nice and helpful, but the administrative end is terrible. They also have massive staffing issues due to the new management and ownership. Very much a shame. We literally had an entire year of no TSS services, and once we received them, the owner dictated the treatment plan and injected their opinions (not how treatment plans are suppose... read more
